All our mugs are created from the information provided and are 11oz dishwasher/microwave safe.
They are produced using a sublimation process, giving clear stunning colours. The mugs are printed on both sides so can be read if left or right handed.
To personalise your mug, please follow the instructions on screen in the personalisation section. Final design may vary from photos depending on the length of name provided
The mugs will be sent out in smash proof boxes and wrapped carefully to try and ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Hand wash is recommended to preserve the longevity of the printing.
